Muscles clearly aren’t built over a day, but there are exercises out there that (believe it or not) will show you some promising results after just one run-through. When you’re performing specific motions in sets of three to five reps, you’re going to feel the burn – and in the process, you’ll be pumping blood into the muscles you’re trying to work. When this happens, those muscles become enlarged; and it looks like you’re ripped! Fitness models do some of these before they go shooting, as it helps their look.
Kettlebell Swings – Kettlebells are heavy weights that resemble the shape of a cowbell, hence the name. They can help you train an abundance of different muscles, and with the swing technique, you’ll be able to target your butt, back, and even hamstrings! Not only that, but it will help improve upon your cardiovascular systems as well; sweating is also mandatory (and helps with weight loss).
Deadlifts – Deadlifts are somewhat of a booty-based workout. They’re going to make your butt look rotund and defined, which is ideal for women (as well as men, in some cases). If you want a nice and strong behind, you’ll have to get into deadlifts. After just one set of these bad boys, your glutes feel automatically stronger. It’s the biggest muscle group your body has, so treat them well.
Resistance Band Curls (Bicep) – Building your muscles is always going to be something that people obsess over. If you don’t have 35-inch arms poking out of your shirt, you’re a wimp! I’m kidding, of course. These bicep band curls will have your body burning fat, building muscle and most importantly; allowing you to get a little more definition almost immediately.
Assisted Chin-ups – If you can do regular chin-ups, of course, I would recommend that you work with that variety. Regular chin-ups and assisted chin-ups work out a large portion of your muscles available, which means doing a few of these will make you look jacked almost immediately (but not for very long).
Man-Makers – If the name wasn’t enough to turn you away, “Man-makers” are an exercise you can do to prepare your body for serious physical activity. Burpees are already known as a hard workout to get through, and man-makers are essentially their harder older brother. If you love tough workouts, I’d suggest you put this one to the test.
