The lymphatic system comprises of the circulatory and immune system, and includes the thymus gland, tonsils, spleen, glands and lymph nodes. The lymph system is responsible for the following:
· Taking interstitial fluid away from tissues
· Carry white blood cells into the bones from the lymph nodes
· Send antigen-presenting cells into the lymph nodes
· Absorb and send fat and fatty acids from the digestive system
There are a multitude of factors that affect the lymphatic system like nutrient deficiencies, high consumption of processed foods and little to no physical activity. When this happens, a person may experience a plethora of symptoms including but not limited to:

The lymphatic system is not equipped with a pumping system of its own, which means it must have breathing, muscle action, intestinal activity and movement to produce flow.
