Time It Takes To Make Recipe – About 10 Minutes
What You Need
1. Chickpeas – 1 cup plus 1/2 cup
2. Peanut Butter – 1/4 cup OR Other nut butter (Almond, Cashew, or Pistachio) – 1/4 cup
3. Chocolate Chips – 1/3 cup
4. Oats – 2-3 Tablespoons
5. Pure Vanilla Extract – 2 teaspoons
6. Brown sugar – 2/3 cup OR Agave – 2/3 cup
7. Salt – 1/8 teaspoon plus 1/16 teaspoon
8. Baking Soda – A little over 1/8 teaspoon
9. Milk of choice- 1/4 cup (not required)
What To Do
Add every ingredient other than the chocolate chips to a decent food processor, and process everything until it’s blended extremely smooth. After that, add in the chocolate chips and mix together. If everything blends and processes properly, the texture should be almost exactly like cookie dough.
How To Serve
You can serve this healthy cookie dough dip with graham crackers, healthy cookies, fresh fruit, or just eat it right from a spoon.
