· 2 c. of water

· 4 tbs. of chia seeds
· 2 tbs. of honey
· 1 pinch of sea salt
Instructions
· Add water, vanilla and cinnamon to pot, bringing to a boil.
· Lower heat and add in oats.
· Allow mixture to boil for additional five minutes and put aside.

· Add in salt and honey.
