The idea of an oil or fat floating in coffee is not the most appealing one. But, only at first thought.
Today, everyone is crazy about avoiding fat wherever possible.
A goal in life for many is to have a leaner body mass and so many decide to avoid calories, even in coffee creamers.
We need to be made aware of the important fact that fat can’t spoil our diets. Quite the opposite actually, because coconut oil is great for burning calories and boosting metabolism. Scientific studies and research support this.

Some Additional Benefits Of Using Coconut Oil Coffee Creamer
1.Unlike cream or cold milk, the coffee stays hot after adding coconut creamer.
2.It doesn’t weaken strong coffee flavor. Milk and other creamers can thin its rich flavor.
3.Coconut oil seems to be always accessible, while dairy creamers can expire and then there’s no other choice but drinking pure black coffee which is not enjoyable at all, at least in my case.
4.It keeps me fresh and stimulated much longer.
PS – Grass-fed butter, known as ghee, is a great coffee creamer. Also, it’s extremely healthy since it’s gluten, sugar, and GMO-free. It keeps your heart and bones healthy and prevents you from heart diseases and osteoporosis.
