Directions
· Add cayenne pepper and grated ginger to warm olive oil or apple cider vinegar.
· Mix well until a paste has formed.
How To Use
· Put paste on affected regions twice a day, leaving it on for 20 minutes.
Cayenne pepper is loaded with capsaicin, which is a powerful ingredient that can decrease pain. It also has a plethora of natural analgesic properties that can warm up the area and alleviate the pain. By using this mixture regularly, you’ll notice major improvements in your tendons and ligaments and the pain will be virtually gone.
